I haven’t read much fiction in months. Not since December and finishing “Jurassic Park” and “The Lost World.”
I haven’t read much at all, and what I have read has been more of a spiritual bent: G.K. Chesterton, John Henry Newman. I’ve put reading fiction on the back burner.
I should get back into reading fiction, but it’s not where my heart is right now. I haven’t had much reading time, and what time I’ve had, I’ve devoted to nonfiction.
I’ve also been busy. In a general sense. I was busy at church, busy getting book two ready for publication and book three ready for the editor. Now I’m taking a bit of breather before the final marketing push for book two starts right when I get book three back with all my editor’s comments and suggestions.
It might be a while longer before I get back into fiction, and I’m ok with that. One day at a time. The books will always be there.
