Y’all, I could cry. While I was a dinner with family last night celebrating my new release, something happened:

My new release, “The Crimson League: The Fight for Hope” is ranked 1 (paperback) and 3 (Kindle) in Religious Science Fiction and Fantasy New Releases.
***Kindle version is 99 cents through the weekend only, so make sure you grab it now and let people know!***

The story is about a magical civil war in Herezoth, where sorcerer Zalski Forzythe has taken over. I understand why my publisher placed it in the religious category, as Herezoth has a religious system in place for sure, and it features in the plot to an extent (especially to get things moving), but it’s not a preachy book. That’s not its purpose.
It’s a fantasy adventure that should be fun for lots of readers, whether they consider themselves religious or not.
Basically, if you like sword and sorcery and YA fantasy, but wouldn’t call yourself religious, you would still very likely enjoy this book.
