Hi, y’all. I haven’t been good about coming around here.
But I’ve been busy. At the end of last year, I wrote a first draft of book five. Technically, it was a rewrite of a really terrible, unworkable draft from 2012. It’s workable now, so I’m excited about that for the future.
As for this closer to hand . . .
MY HEREZOTH PREQUEL IS NIGH AT HAND!
That’s right. It’s been to my beta reader and to my editor twice. This will be the first book I’ve formatted myself, so I need to get the software and figure out how to use it. And once that is done, I’m hoping to have digital ARC copies available in the next couple of months.
The biggest thing?
THE PREQUEL IS A NEW ENTRY POINT INTO HEREZOTH.
You don’t have to be familiar with my trilogy. You don’t have to know the characters. You don’t have to know about them. You can still read and understand the prequel, and then read the trilogy after that.
That’s why I’m hoping to organize a big ARC push . . . though I imagine I’ll have to utilize Google forms, and I’ve never used that before either. So it’s basically all going to be one great, glorious mess for me.
I’m just telling myself this story will be worth it.
So stay posted for character spotlights, excerpts, and all that jazz π
