Is that teen a fan of Harry Potter or The Hunger Games? If so, they might well LOVE “The Crimson League: The Fight for Hope.”
But don’t take my word for it. My nephew said it reminded him of Harry Potter. Reviews on Amazon are great and compare it to The Hunger Games (which I admit I’ve never read or watched, though I’ve asked for the books for Christmas given the comparisons).

“The Crimson League” is deeper than you’d think, with characters readers will remember and beautiful examples of courage, faithfulness, integrity, and hope: a great read for any teenager (or former teen).
This is the book I wish I had had as a teenager. I can’t imagine being young these days, with all the confusion, uncertainty, and brokenness in society. This book addresses these themes in a healthy manner and shows how to confront chaos with honor.
It a world that offers teens TONS of vapid, meaningless entertainment, or worse, this is a story with heart that will stand out. Please consider making it a gift to the teenager you love.
