There are so many reasons I am grateful for my new editor, after my old editor was unable to take on further projects.

• she has been so personable, and a delight to correspond with
• she has mentioned she is a big fan of my genre, so she’s a great choice for my work as she’ll understand my target audience and (hopefully) enjoy my book
• I was so excited with the quality of her sample edit
• since she is still working on gaining experience, she has publicly said she is charging clients who book with her right now half price of what she plans to charge next year, so that’s so lucky for me!!!!

I was so bummed when I realized I wouldn’t be able to work with my first editor again. Things turned out as well as they possibly could after finding myself in that situation, so I’m beyond excited 🙂

I know I announced I had a new editor yesterday, but, well . . . I am VERY thankful this week for how that all panned out.
