Earlier this year, I got back to working out. I had a good run of using my resistance bands pretty much every other day. Then I discovered Pilates, and started doing Pilates videos from Youtube (for beginners).
Then a Church program I volunteer with picked up again. I got asked to help out at a second. I set myself a deadline of the end of the month to get book two of my trilogy ready for the editor.
I got away from working out. This week, I’m getting back to Pilates again. I’m so glad to be able to do it and grateful for second chances and new beginnings–especially considering I’m hoping to release second editions of my full trilogy!
