As I write this, I’m watching the order details on the phone charger I ordered from Apple because it is shipping, apparently, to my old Chicago address.
I chatted with a rep, and she can’t assist me as she can’t find the order in their system yet. She told me to check back in an hour.
Instructions online say to update or cancel an order when it is in “processing” status. Mine isn’t there yet.
I’m frustrated because I have to go somewhere tonight and I am worried I will lose my chance to update or cancel the order! Luckily I do still have an hour and half before I have to leave, so hopefully I can get this taken care of. Thankful I have that time, at least. First world problems.
At least I only ordered a charger, if it does ship out, and not a new phone as I was considered as my phone needs to updated soon. What a day, haha.
